Life Coaching for Resilience through New Beginnings after Loss.
Grief comes in many forms, it is a response to a loss, an end, or a change.
Everyone grieves differently. As your coach, I am here to guide you through the grieving process providing practical advice on how to cope with the day-to-day living while dealing with a terminal illness of a loved one and/or after a loss.
I am equipped and empowered to have loving, caring conversations.
Coaching is not about diving into past emotional trauma or fixing a problem. Instead, coaching empowers action and progress from a current state of being to a future, more desirable state.
Coaches facilitate change through working with three basic conditions:
Raising awareness - of self, relationships, and surroundings
Examining choices - in thought, belief and action
Deepening trust - in the essential self
As a Life Coach, I help people reconnect with their best self, find renewed vitality and enthusiasm to build a new vision for themselves after they have been through tough transitions, loss and grief.
I am an Adler-trained coach who focuses on strength-based coaching for deeper self learning to empower forward movement. The Adlerian model of coaching recognizes that every human is unique, complete, whole, creative and resourceful enough to build their own bridges from a current state to a more desired state.
Along with my EFT training and my personal life experiences, my focus for coaching is ‘New Beginnings’ after loss. A person can get stuck or spiral down from loss in relationships, career or death. I can help interrupt the downward spiral, help you reconnect with your strengths and move you from being paralyzed by indecision to gaining momentum and making meaningful progress through habitual action. I bring a great deal of empathy and connect with my client at a deeper level. And since humor is my greatest strength, I can guarantee that there will always be laughter in our dialogues. I look forward to championing your successes.
